Here’s how to brew the perfect cup using simple tools. You’ll need: ✅ Fresh Lucy Coffee (whole bean) ✅ A grinder (burr grinder recommended) ✅ Pour-over device (V60, Chemex, Kalita, etc.) ✅ Filter ✅ Hot water (195–205°F) ✅ Scale (optional) Steps: 1️⃣ Grind your coffee fresh — medium-fine grind. 2️⃣ Rinse your filter and preheat your brewer. 3️⃣ Use about 15g of coffee to 250ml of water. 4️⃣ Slowly pour water in circles, allowing the coffee to bloom for 30 seconds, then continue pouring slowly. 5️⃣ Total brew time: 3–4 minutes.
