The Journey of Ethiopian Coffee — From Farm to Cup

When you sip a cup of Lucy Coffee, you’re tasting more than just coffee — you’re tasting a story that begins thousands of miles away in Ethiopia’s Yirgacheffe highlands.

Our coffee journey starts on a small, 3.5-acre farm at 2,100–2,200 meters above sea level. There, among the cool mists and fertile soil, coffee cherries ripen slowly, developing complex flavors unique to the region.

Unlike mass-produced coffee, our beans are picked by hand, sorted with care, and processed using natural and washed methods — ensuring quality at every step.

But our story doesn’t end there. Through direct partnerships with farmers, Lucy Coffee invests in education, infrastructure, and better livelihoods for women and families in the community. When you enjoy our coffee, you’re supporting this sustainable cycle — one cup at a time.
